Accessibility

We want everyone who works with The Commonstead to be able to use this platform, including people who use screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, magnification, voice control, or reduced-motion settings.

1. The standard we build to

We target the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. We test with keyboard navigation, with automated auditing tools, and against screen readers.

We do not claim full conformance. This is a product under active development, new features arrive regularly, and a blanket claim would be a promise we could not verify on every page on every release. We would rather tell you what we are actually doing.

2. Known issues

We keep this list current rather than quiet. At the version date above, we are aware of and working on:

• Color contrast below the 4.5:1 requirement in some secondary text and status labels on marketing and campaign pages.
• Some data tables are wide enough to require horizontal scrolling on small screens, which is difficult with a screen magnifier.
• Some complex interactive components have incomplete screen-reader announcements for state changes.

3. Tell us and we will fix it

If any part of this platform is difficult or impossible for you to use, contact us using the contact details below. Tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology and browser you were using if you know them.

We aim to acknowledge within two business days and to give you a fix or a timeline within ten. If a fix will take longer, we will offer a way to complete the task in the meantime — including having a person do it with you or for you.

Reporting a problem never affects your account, your role, or your standing with us.

Anything you can do in the platform, we can help you do another way. Call or email the contact below and a person will work through it with you. There is no separate process to apply for and no documentation to provide.
